If you find yourself traveling through Wyoming and feeling those hunger pangs, be sure to check out a few of these wonderful Wyoming restaurants!
Meridian at Headlands {Pacific City, Oregon}
If you’re craving some delicious, locally-sourced ocean-to-table cuisine, prepared with care and served up with a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean, then head to Meridian at Headlands Coastal Lodge in Pacific City, Oregon.
New Leaf Café {Orcas Island, Washington State}
The New Leaf Café on Orcas Island offers guests an exceptional menu and unpretentious elegance.
Deer Harbor Inn Restaurant {Orcas Island, Washington State}
The Deer Harbor Inn Restaurant serves simple, hearty American cuisine, sourcing local produce and proteins from the island whenever possible.
Adrift {Anacortes, Washington State}
Before catching the ferry to Orcas Island, we stopped at Adrift for a bite to eat. Adrift’s menu features locally sourced meats, seafood and produce, and the place was packed midday Sunday, with every plate that passed by smelling marvelous. I believe they may also have the best tag-line for a restaurant that I’ve seen so far: ADRIFT – Swell Food for Salty Dogs. Love it!
Simply Elegant {Duc's Bistro}
Dining at Duc’s Bistro in Honolulu’s Chinatown is an unforgettable experience in casual elegance, delicious food, and warm hospitality.
Fumi's Shrimp Farm Roadside Stand {Kahuku, Oahu}
Mr. B and I both agreed that this was probably the best shrimp we’ve ever eaten – and we’ve eaten a lot of shrimp.
Great Oahu Cheap Eats {Part 1}
The first installment in our countdown of delicious and wallet-friendly Oahu food finds (plus one helpful note for bus-tourists with limited lunch choices)
The Best Oahu Cheap Eats {Part 2}
The second installment in our countdown of delicious and wallet-friendly Oahu food finds. (You really want to check out those Udon noodles - they are amazing!)
Gem Creole Saloon {McMinnville, Oregon}
When you think of great Creole scratch cooking – homemade jambalaya, spicy-rich crayfish gumbo, or crisp-on-the-outside, melt-in-your-mouth hush puppies – where do you think of?I’m guessing that McMinnville, Oregon is probably quite a ways down on your list.
You’re gonna want to rewrite that list.
HQ Southern BBQ {Casper, WY}
HQ Southern BBQ opened in 2011 in a former gas station, and on the outside not a whole lot has changed since the days when folks were pumping gas there. The place is totally without pretense - and the BBQ is SO GOOD!
