We travel here and there, mostly in the 48 contiguous states, but we do venture farther on occasion. We love visiting quirky little towns and cozy tourist spots across the country and meeting the unique people who live there, and then sharing them with you.
We share our favorite places to eat, play, and stay in the most beautiful region on Earth. (We may be bias, but we can live with that.) Destinations include the Oregon Coast, Washington's San Juan Islands, Southern Oregon's Arts & Leisure culture, and the unparalleled beauty of the Columbia River Gorge.
For the most part, the hikes shared here are all easy and family-friendly. In other words, I can make these hikes, you can too! (Although I will admit: the Delicate Arch hike at Arches National Park in Moab almost kicked my butt!)
Travel destinations in Idaho, Utah, Montana & Wyoming; with highlights including photography and hiking tips for Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park, and our serendipitous visit to the International Basque Festival in Buffalo, Wyoming.
Currently, our Southwestern Travel content focuses on El Paso, Texas. Highlights include a full day's itinerary of free activities and destinations, and our tips for experiencing the El Paso Mission Trail, a nine-mile segment of the oldest road in North America that take travelers on a journey that passes through 400 years of history.
The Ultimate Oahu Vacation Guide will help the first-time visitor to Oahu make the best of every minute; including advice about everything from snorkeling for newbies to sunrise photography, as well as in-depth info about successfully climbing Diamond Head, Pearl Harbor Memorial, and our Top 10 Great Oahu Cheap Eats.
