Cut a large French bread stick or Italian loaf into ½ inch slices. Brush the slices with olive oil on both sides and put them in the oven. Bake until golden on both sides
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a small frying pan, and fry the mushrooms until just tender.
Spread the goat cheese on top of every bread slice.
Chop the parsley and spread it on top of the goat cheese.
