Makes about 1½ cups. One serving = 2 tablespoons. We make this sauce in quart jar, blending it using a hand-held immersion blender.If you want your sauce to be smooth like a salad dressing, add just a little extra water. If you use a regular blender and a very thick greek yogurt, you may need to add a little water or milk to loosen it all up a bit.
