I like how you incorporated a little bit of spiciness but in a refreshing way with ginger ale and Mr B's Whiskey Ginger, and it works well for those who want to imbibe and those who don't or need a break!

Thanks, Pech. I'm always careful with the spices when we have a house full of people because everyone has their own tastes. Serving up the ginger syrup and soda separately allows people to mix their drink to their own tastes. (I like my ginger ale about 4x as hot as most people!)
